Biography

Shade T. Shutters is a Research Scientist at ASU’s School of Complex Adaptive Systems where he directs the Laboratory for Regional Dynamics and Development and co-directs the Complexity Economics Lab. He is also external research faculty at the Global Climate Forum in Berlin.
