David Kaiser

Biography

David Kaiser is the Senior Director of Policy, Advocacy and Innovation at the North Carolina Rural Center, which works to improve the quality of life for the state’s rural people and places. He was previously Deputy Director for the Office of Science, Technology & Innovation at the North Carolina Department of Commerce, and as an economist for RTI International. Kaiser earned a BS in economics from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Masters in economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
