Social Planning for Energy Transitions
Clark A. Miller and Jennifer Richter published an article in Current Sustainable/Renewable Energy Reports on the social dimensions of energy policy development. They “define social planning as understanding and preparing for the societal outcomes of energy transitions, as well as developing strategies to incorporate these considerations into energy policy.”
